I found the room cleanliness lacking. There were cobwebs in the corners and small pieces of trash in the crevices. I was annoyed to pay for parking at eight pounds per day, paid in advance only to discover free street parking nearby. I think the staff should have mentioned this.

i am grateful the staff was friendly. anthony helped me a lot. the room was clean and it included everything i needed. there were cafes very close to the hotel and it was easy to find parking.
the skirting boards were very dusty.

the staff was friendly. anthony showed us our room and recommended places to eat. the bed was comfy and i slept well. the room was clean too and that is important.
Onsite parking cost eight pounds. It feels like a lot.

It reminded me of stepping into a haven. antony showed genuine care when he helped me with bicycle storage and offered restaurant tips. i appreciated the extra milk provided, a simple yet thoughtful touch. the location is quite convenient, with shops and takeaways just next door.
the lift was not working, but i managed the stairs without major issues.

the staff, including asim and antony, delivered really good service and treated us nicely. kishan provided very good customer service, and antony showed kindness throughout our stay. the team management is doing an excellent job!
